About Our Charity

Friends of Hope Academy is a group of individuals, including Dame Marjorie Bean Hope Academy parents, alumni families and volunteers from the wider community who are committed to enhancing the lives of young persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We raise funds to support programming and equipment needs at Dame Marjorie Bean Hope Academy, to run specialized respite camps for the students during school breaks, and to provide assistance to other individuals or organisations for purposes beneficial to the education and care of young persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
